  35.         rainy, monsoon season from May to October; dry season from December to 
  36.         March; little seasonal temperature variation. The terrain is mostly 
  37.         low, flat plains with mountains in the southwest and north. 16% of the 
  38.         land is arable, 76% is forested. Member of UN since 1955.
